5 Quickie Recipes and a Grocery List

Getting to the store is hard!! Keep these foods on hand for those days or weeks when you just don't have time. Pro Tip: Create a healthy meal by choosing one ingredient from each category on the list.

These recipes are fast and full of healthy ingredients and are a good starting point. You are encouraged to modify the flavor profile as you desire. It is OK to eyeball your portion sizes. Each recipe is intended to satisfy two people.

Hacks to find a healthy recipe:

Google a recipe along with the word ‘dietitian.’ Some dietitians are also chefs, you’ll find delicious AND healthy recipes on their blogs!

Use MyFridgeFood or SuperCook to get recipe inspiration based on the foods that are already in your house.
